Autumn 2023: A Dozen Essential Truths Regarding the Pandemic of Covid-19 and Its Probable Outcome

In the autumn of 2023, Covid-19 continues to prevail everywhere unceasingly, passing through the air, unseen and unremarked, from one person to another person, breath by breath, causing increasing amounts of serious illness and excess mortality, while steadily undermining the fundamental structure of the human community upon which we all depend. The virus is now running thoroughly out of control, spreading whenever people gather in the public realm without wearing masks, wildly flourishing to our unbounded detriment.

Our adversary clearly has the upper hand, and is not disposed to be moderate or mild in its cunning assault on our bodies. The virus is a pitiless enemy, savagely bent on bringing about our defeat, stealthily exploiting our ingrained weaknesses and wielding its contagion as a weapon. In view of our desperate straits, my aim here is to offer a succinct examination of a dozen essential truths regarding the pandemic of Covid-19 and its probable outcome.

1. Origin of the virus. Covid-19 was, in all likelihood, purposely created by scientists within the confines of a laboratory (from where it presumably escaped by accident) at the Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, as a direct result of reckless experiments, designed to augment the native strength of viruses, that were promoted by, and financed through, the government of the United States, with Covid-19 itself being contrived to deliver a plague and probably intended for use in biological warfare.

2. Governments have lied to their own citizens. From the start of the pandemic in March, 2020, governments have lied, ruthlessly and repeatedly, to their own citizens about Covid-19, regularly downplaying its frightful dangers and wantonly covering up telltale signs of the collective injury being done by the virus, usually with malicious support from slippery grifters (such as Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Monica Gandhi, and Dr. Leana Wen), posing as so-called experts, who enrich themselves by smoothly dispensing a flexible range of makeshift falsehoods, along with a host of shifty organizations and corrupt institutions (such as WHO, CDC, and HHS) that are supposedly dedicated to preserving reliable standards of public health, but are no more than lucrative fronts for pharmaceutical corporations.

3. The pandemic could have turned out differently. If all leaders had fulfilled their primary ethical obligation to uphold accepted principles of care, concern, and caution by quickly taking definitive action to hinder the worldwide spread of the virus during the early stages of the pandemic, instead of narrowly pursuing the evil, short-term priorities of capitalism at the expense of human values and public well-being, things could have turned out differently, with much of the damage, misery, hardship, and loss that has happened since Covid-19 took hold in 2020 being avoided.

4. Withdrawing masks from medical settings. The immoral policy of withdrawing masks and other safety measures from medical settings when an airborne virus is spreading, a policy which has inevitably caused frequent infection by Covid-19 to become heinously rife among patients and staff, represents a gross, unforgivable error of judgment on the part of all administrators, doctors, and nurses who have obligingly carried it out, making each of them knowing accomplices to overt homicide.

5. Deliberately infecting an entire generation of children. The brazen, coldblooded decision to actively impel an entire generation of helpless children into being deliberately infected, again and again, by Covid-19 stands as one of the most repugnant, most abominable, most condemnable sins of the pandemic: an unfathomable tragedy in which countless fathers and mothers have been easily induced into callously throwing their precious offspring to the wolves of disease, thereby providing unmistakable proof that every semblance of common morality has failed, openly and utterly, in the most brutal way imaginable.

6. The urgent necessity of requiring masks in public spaces. To reduce the airborne spread of Covid-19 in an effective manner, and to lessen the extent of the grievous harm to human life that always ensues in ongoing situations of rampant contagion, it is urgently necessary that respirator masks be forcefully required, without delay, in all public spaces, both indoor and outdoor.

7. It is highly unlikely that vaccines will end the pandemic. Because Covid-19 displays a formidable power of unremitting infection, and because the virus has been carelessly permitted to spread so freely and so fiercely, over such a long period of time, continually able to transform itself into a constant supply of new variants, many of which soon prove themselves to possess a much higher degree of contagion than preceding variants, it is highly unlikely that vaccines (which have, so far, shown an alarming lack of efficacy as tools for fighting the virus) will ever end the pandemic.

8. The pillars of "civilization" have betrayed us. All the main pillars of what is expediently referred to as "civilization" (government, politics, business, media, education, science, medicine, religion) have shamefully betrayed us by allying themselves with the virus and staying squarely on the wrong side of verity, integrity, and humanity throughout the dreadful course of the pandemic, basely serving at every turn as foul, unrepentant purveyors of hypocrisy and deceit.

9. The pandemic is a perpetual holocaust. With at least 27 million people having already perished worldwide from Covid-19 since 2020, and many more millions certain to be killed by the virus in the weeks, months, and years to come, the extensive mortality that grimly defines the pandemic has taken on the stark, hellish outline of a perpetual holocaust, a gruesome pattern of wholesale slaughter that amounts to an undeniable instance of mass murder.

10. The masses are as guilty as their leaders. The mindless, monstrous masses, the uncaring, unthinking herd who casually dismiss the extreme threat of the virus, adamantly shunning masks and unreservedly embracing murderous policies of forced infection, are themselves as deeply guilty of heedlessly enabling the unchecked spread of Covid-19 as the vile, untrustworthy leaders who faithlessly conspired to unleash the virus upon them.

11. Comprehending the harrowing scale of the bottomless horror. By the time most people actually begin to comprehend, even if only partially, the harrowing scale of the bottomless horror that has resulted from allowing the fatal contagion of Covid-19 to spread without restraint across the world, it will be due to them being compelled to witness, day after day, with no pause and with no available means of relieving their own abject distress, amounts of illness and mortality so enormous, so staggering, so overwhelming, so unbelievable, that empty illusions of hope are no longer sustainable, or even conceivable.

12. Covid-19 must be eradicated. It is unquestionably evident that, under current conditions of foolish denial, stubborn delusion, outright negligence, and runaway contagion, the most probable outcome of the pandemic is an outcome of total, complete, absolute destruction: unless the uncontrolled spread of Covid-19 is permanently stopped, by leaders and citizens alike acting with unyielding resolve, firmly committing themselves to doing whatever is needed, regardless of how demanding it might be, for as long as is needed, to eradicate the virus once and for all, mankind has no long-term future.

In sum, our general outlook must be acknowledged as being exceedingly bad, and destined to become considerably worse as Covid-19 surges further onward, gaining a greater element of harsh advantage against the human community with every oppressive wave. The virus is relentlessly pushing us toward an unspeakable end, toward the final, irrevocable breakdown of everything that we are inclined to take for granted. It is only a matter of time until we are overcome by the doom that we have willfully fashioned for ourselves. We can either deny the bleakness of that outlook, and retreat into the folly of wishful thinking, as most people are choosing to do, or we can strive to face it with honesty and courage.

Covid-19 will not be mocked. If nothing is done to arrest the baleful progress of the virus, we cannot survive. The game is nearly over for human beings: the state of play is swiftly degrading, and the rules of rationality have been hastily abandoned, without a second thought. As the number of lives claimed by Covid-19 rises higher and higher and higher, it seems that the unwholesome reign of Homo sapiens is fast approaching its wretched conclusion. At this bitter moment in the pandemic, when the malign darkness of our apparent fate is closing in and settling heavily over us, little more remains to be said, and the virus is determined to have the last word.
