Covid-19 in 2026: An Unrelenting Plague of Irrational Denial, Deliberate Negligence, and Irreparable Harm
In the seventh year of the ongoing pandemic that was first declared by the World Health Organization in March, 2020, Covid-19 continues to be an unrelenting plague of irrational denial, deliberate negligence, and irreparable harm. For most people in 2026, repeated infections of Covid-19 have become an accepted way of life, with no thought given to the lasting damage caused by those infections. Meanwhile, the heinous delusion of "business as usual" is constantly promoted, even as people increasingly sicken and perish.
Denial of Covid-19 prevails throughout the entire human community. Within the foolish, careless minds of the masses, the pandemic of Covid-19 is casually framed as nothing more than ancient history, merely a brief period of unpleasantness and inconvenience that is no longer worthy of serious concern or active consideration. In truth, of course, the pandemic of Covid-19 is still happening, and is still an extreme danger, with current conditions of unrestrained contagion, mass illness, and excess mortality being worse than ever.
Even among many of the people who think of themselves as "Covid cautious," a mentality of denial prevails. Most of those who claim to be "Covid cautious" have drifted into a weak, passive disposition, utterly failing to grasp that the situation has become urgent and desperate. They are eagerly waiting for a pharmaceutical remedy that, for a number of reasons, is unlikely to arrive. Such flights of fancy, however well-intentioned and however appealing they might be, serve only to enable a false belief that a quick, easy, comfortable solution can be found.
Nearly every person in the world is on a roundabout of recklessness in regard to Covid-19. Nearly every person in the world has heedlessly chosen to shun caution, which means that nearly every person in the world has suffered repeated infections, which means, in turn, that nearly every person in the world has suffered a permanent loss of essential well-being. In particular, many millions of children have been allowed to suffer infections of Covid-19 that are destined to have a harsh effect on their young lives in the years ahead.
In 2026, fundamental ethics are glaringly absent in the medical profession, causing hospitals to be filled with airborne infections of Covid-19 and leading to many lives being needlessly lost. Doctors and nurses who callously refuse to wear respirator masks are signally failing, to an unforgivable degree, in their moral obligation to keep all patients safe from harm, and are therefore choosing to act, willingly and knowingly, as accomplices in a collective evasion of medical duty that amounts to coldblooded homicide.
From the outset, the pandemic of Covid-19 has been underpinned by an extensive conspiracy, malignly driven by the combined forces of government and media, to cover up the full scale of the grievous damage being done. Now, in 2026, authorities have ceased most activities of testing, tracking, and reporting in regard to Covid-19, in an overt policy of deception, for the purpose of hiding the countless instances of infection, illness, and mortality that inevitably result from the uncontrolled spread of Covid-19.
Our general outlook in the seventh year of Covid-19 is unmistakably grim. With Covid-19 still spreading out of control everywhere, and no prospect of necessary safety measures (such as requiring respirator masks in all public spaces) being enforced, the human community is pursuing an irrevocable course of destruction, moving closer and closer, day by day and variant by variant, toward a bleak, hopeless outcome of rampant infection, overwhelming disease, and unprecedented mortality in which human survival will be formidably threatened.
