Trump and Netanyahu Bring a New War to the Middle East

On February 28, 2026, the United States, under the irrational leadership of President Donald J. Trump, and Israel, under the abominable leadership of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, began a united assault against the nation of Iran. For a number of months, it had been abundantly clear that Trump and Netanyahu were determined to bring a new war to the Middle East.

In the first wave of the assault, scores of Iranian leaders, including the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who had been the ruler of Iran since 1989, were killed in airstrikes. An Iranian school in the town of Minab was also hit, with reports of many children being killed. Iran swiftly hit back at nearby enemies, striking targets in Israel, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and other nations.

The United States has a long history of corrupt dealings in regard to Iran, a history that Donald Trump, for his own overbearing, self-serving reasons, is eager to continue, using savage violence as his chosen tool of action. However, because Donald Trump is a shortsighted fool, with no understanding of the Middle East, he is doomed to fail in his clumsy intentions.

As always, Israel has its own overt purposes of evil in pursuing war against Iran. Benjamin Netanyahu is hellbent on establishing Israel as the primary force in the Middle East, with himself as the primary figure of power. The genocide that Israel has carried out against Palestinians in Gaza since 2023, in which tens of thousands of civilians have been brutally murdered, is an essential part of Netanyahu's monstrous ambitions.

Any war in that particular region has the potential to dangerously escape control, quickly expanding into a wider conflict. At the moment of this writing, the situation is fierce, and the final outcome of the war that Trump and Netanyahu have brought to the Middle East remains to be seen, but an outcome of sustainable peace and long-term stability seems highly unlikely.
