Every human being holds membership in the species of Homo sapiens, and thus, every human being represents a species whose erratic character displays little to commend and much to condemn.

When, and how, will the unfortunate story of Homo sapiens finally conclude?

What chance is there of Homo sapiens not being completely defeated by the foul tangle of hideous tribulations that it has unwarily contrived for itself?

Viewing the sinister trends in human affairs from the distressing perspective of 2026, Homo sapiens appears to be a species with, at best, exceedingly slender prospects and no easy, comfortable pathway to salvation.

Homo sapiens has shown itself, throughout the woeful span of its perverse history, to be a callous, heedless species cursed by a shallow disposition of unforgivable vanity, a species with no caution, no restraint, no concern, no remorse, no future.

The ongoing predicament of the human community never abates, because each generation of Homo sapiens witlessly drags the human community deeper into a quagmire of trouble, confusion, and error.

As the human community rashly continues its careless pursuit of unbridled self-destruction, the dreadful outcome that looms ahead is frighteningly apparent.

Although the human community imagines that it can handily escape the heavy judgment that its chronicle of manifold sins unquestionably deserves, the human community is, as always, grievously mistaken.

Human beings are sorely disadvantaged by their fixed habit of obstinate shortsightedness, leaving them unprepared for the nightmarish reckoning that is steadily building.

Homo sapiens, proudly declaring itself to be the highest of all species, is unlikely to survive beyond the current century.

The brute masses, wantonly engaging in an imprudent dalliance with every form of evil available to them, are stubbornly oblivious to the monstrous harm that is relentlessly, and quite irreparably, undermining their own stability.

Human beings in compliant throngs, trained from birth to serve the ruthless interests of capitalism, are wildly consuming everything around them, ruining their planet and ruining their souls, with no regard for the urgent necessity of morality and sanity.

Homo sapiens, an incorrigible species that blindly refuses to learn from its appalling record of misdeeds and misadventures, repeatedly jumps without looking, landing in the same glaring traps of unconstrained wickedness, again and again.

Most people are hastily inclined to join any passing crowd, failing to understand, in the frantic rush of their unguarded credulity, that crowds are usually driven by the impetuous spur of gross recklessness.

Mindless swarms of human beings, blankly unaware that the long-term odds are not on their side, have ill-advisedly pinned their frail hopes on a bad gamble.

A host of straightforward verities demand to be unreservedly acknowledged when seeking to discern the destiny of Homo sapiens.

With enormous stockpiles of nuclear weapons waiting to be used at the irrational behest of murderous leaders, the grisly threat of nuclear war, and the attendant extinction of the human species, is closer than ever.

In regions of unrest and dispute around the globe, armed conflict and rampant bloodshed prevail over hollow attempts at statecraft, with huge numbers of civilians forced to suffer the sickening burden of unsparing violence, and, as witnessed in the heinous cases of Gaza and Sudan, deliberate genocide.

Due to decades of constant damage wreaked by Homo sapiens, the precious environment upon which all forms of earthly life depend for their sustenance has been thrown out of kilter to an alarming degree, resulting in extreme patterns of fierce weather that adversely affect the essential foundation of our safety and security.

The worldwide economy is actually an empire of debt, fraud, trickery, thievery, and excess that soon will cease to be endurable, thereby pushing countless millions of human beings into desperate straits, without the necessary means to provide for themselves.

Covid-19, H5N1, and other unrestrained diseases, permitted to flourish without any policies of hindrance while assaulting Homo sapiens in perpetual waves of fatal contagion, will inevitably enable an unstoppable process of decay, decline, and desolation.

Western liberalism having revealed itself to be no more than a rotten structure of threadbare falsehoods and undisguised betrayal, the field of politics in most so-called democracies has become subject to repugnant outbreaks of right-wing ideology, frequently verging on unrepentant expressions of fascism, racism, and Nazism.

The prerogatives and priorities of corporate power, as brazenly embodied by billionaires and CEOs, have irrevocably blighted the entire framework of human activity, turning most human beings into menial figures of empty drudgery, fit only for carrying out the depraved wishes and ungodly commands of their heartless masters.

During our daily lives, the direction of our feelings is continually governed by the subtle, unseen reach of baleful technology, inducing a stuporous haze of fantasy and distraction, with what we want, what we crave, what we desire, what we covet, and what we choose being stealthily determined by a fiendish array of electronic devices.

If the abominable progress of Artificial Intelligence is not stopped forthwith, it will spread in the swift, sweeping manner of a fearful plague, iniquitously establishing itself as a malicious dictatorship and vigorously depriving us of our fundamental right to be nothing less than human.

It can be readily observed that the human community is regressing toward an abject condition of moral breakdown.

Most people have been totally compromised by the public mood of weakness and duplicity that surrounds them, and therefore are lacking in the steadfast courage that is pressingly required to contend with the innumerable hazards of the 21st century.

Human beings have allowed themselves to be deceived, degraded, and demeaned by the villainous rulers in whom they foolishly put their weak-kneed trust, and in so doing, have willingly consented to unassailable tyranny, utterly abandoning all semblance of collective integrity as citizens.

Unmitigated greed, prompted by a fervent worship of wealth and luxury, is accepted, with the utmost eagerness, as the primary motive in all enterprises and undertakings, causing every aspect of human dealings to be tainted by a telltale mark of ingrained corruption.

Proven standards of quality in all spheres of human culture, from art to music to literature to film, have given way to the vulgar expedient of shamelessly offering disposable rubbish to a lowbrow audience.

Children in the human community are not shielded from the unremitting avarice and bottomless guile of big business, but instead, are treated as cattle and used for the lucrative purposes of cutthroat exploiters.

Thinking clearly and diligently is a rare practice for most people at this stage of the 21st century, with fewer and fewer human beings possessing an intellect whose vital workings are shaped and guided by a sturdy reliance on hard-edged logic.

Ardent believers supposedly find divinity in the superficial balm of religion, but their casual inhumanity testifies to the contrary, making a lie of their convenient theology.

In all instances of human experience, the absolute truth is now buried and hidden, with the worst of malign intentions, under layer upon layer of dishonesty and delusion.

Human principles, human ethics, human values, and human virtues have been summarily brushed aside across the human community, blithely forsaken and quickly forgotten, as if they had no worth and no meaning.

The mounting cost that the human community incurs by reason of its hellbent folly is already steep and is growing steeper by the day, and our abiding obligation to settle the account cannot be deferred forever.

An unprecedented shadow is descending on Homo sapiens, a shadow that, in the vengeful certainty of time, will deliver a harsh verdict, crushing the obdurate herds of human beings who are caught within the pitiless might of its unyielding grasp.

Most human beings are responding to the increasing signs of unavoidable doom by taking on a feeble mentality of psychotic denial, idly dismissing the patent evidence of sharp danger and negligently retreating into a realm of childish fallacy.

Bringing all pertinent elements of the human situation into earnest consideration, it seems bleakly probable that Homo sapiens will meet with a harrowing fate before the 21st century has fully run its dismal course.

After thousands and thousands of gruesome years, the wretched age of Homo sapiens is undoubtedly approaching its darkly definitive end.
